The Leap Manifesto was a political movement started by Naomi Klein which sought to bring attention to some much needed national policy changes in Canada.
The majority of the text focuses on a need to completely redesign the Canadian economy around one which does not partake in the use of fossil Fuels.
This and many of its other political assertions had many prominent political and environmental activists sign aboard as signatories.
